CME Credit may be obtained once every two calendar years for reviewing a topic and completing the associated 10 question quiz.
A passing score of at least 70% is required for credit, as is completion of the CME Evaluation form.
Ideally, the Quiz program e-mails your answer sheet to DocJC.
For credit, however, you MUST print out a hard copy, and submit both it and the CME Evaluation form to DocJC.
DocJC reserves the right to grant / refuse CME credit on an individual basis.
Please maintain confidentiality / secrecy of your answers.
Failure to do so will limit the utility of this service, and potentially compromise provider education and patient care.
